1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and okabaji ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://okabaji.net. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the okabaji platform — including its website, mobile-optimised interface, games, sportsbook, payment features, and promotional offers — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the okabaji platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Access to or use of the platform is conditional upon full acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all players accessing the okabaji platform from Bangladesh, including but not limited to players located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Mymensingh, Rangpur, and Cox's Bazar. They also apply to any player accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh, subject to the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below.

2. Age Restriction and Eligibility

The okabaji platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any real-money gaming activity on this platform. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of account creation.

okabaji enforces a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process for all players. During the KYC process, you will be required to submit acceptable proof of identity — typically a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) or passport — and proof of address. Age verification is a mandatory step before any withdrawal request can be processed.

If okabaji discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, the following actions will be taken without prior notice:

• The account will be suspended immediately and access will be revoked pending investigation.
• All real-money bets placed during the period of underage use will be voided.
• Any winnings generated from voided bets will be forfeited in full.
• The deposited principal amount may be returned to the payment method used, subject to verification, at okabaji's sole discretion.
• The account will be permanently closed upon confirmation of underage status.

In addition to the age requirement, players must meet the following eligibility criteria to use the okabaji platform:

• You must be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where access to such platforms is restricted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of okabaji or its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by okabaji or any other recognised gaming platform, that remains active at the time of registration.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of okabaji services, you must create a registered account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, and a unique password. You agree to keep all registration information up to date and to notify us promptly if any details change.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the okabaji platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, phone numbers, or payment details — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any balances, bonuses, or winnings held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited without compensation.

3.2 Account Security and Password Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. okabaji will never contact you by email, phone, or live chat to request your password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

Any activity that takes place on your account using your credentials — whether conducted by you or by a third party who has obtained your credentials — is your sole responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately so that your account can be secured. okabaji cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

3.3 KYC Verification

okabaji reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Standard KYC documents include a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership where applicable. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your okabaji account are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless stated otherwise on a specific promotion. okabaji supports the following payment methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers are generally credited within one to five minutes.

okabaji does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which okabaji accepts no responsibility. You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from a third party into your account, is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and fund forfeiture.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods that have been used to fund your account and that are registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 unless stated otherwise. All first-time withdrawal requests require successful completion of KYC identity verification before funds are released.

Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed on the same business day in most cases, subject to verification checks. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two to three business days. okabaji reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger fraud-prevention alerts, which may extend processing times.

Players are reminded that bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before the bonus or any winnings generated from it can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw funds that include unsatisfied bonus balances will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

4.3 Currency and Exchange

The okabaji platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT. okabaji does not offer multi-currency accounts and does not perform currency conversion. Payments made via international card networks (Visa, Mastercard) may be subject to currency conversion by your card issuer if your card is not denominated in BDT, and any resulting conversion fees are your responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

okabaji offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps.

By claiming any bonus or promotional offer on the okabaji platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to the specific terms of that promotion. Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are held separately from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be completed using eligible games before bonus funds can be transferred to your withdrawable real-money balance.

5.2 Bonus Abuse and Exploitation

okabaji takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim new-player bonuses more than once; using automated software or bots to fulfil wagering requirements; placing low-risk or balanced bets across multiple outcomes specifically to satisfy rollover requirements while minimising genuine game risk; and colluding with other players to transfer bonus value. Where bonus abuse is detected, okabaji reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, close the account, and recover any funds already withdrawn that were derived from abusive bonus activity.

5.3 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings

Unless stated otherwise on a specific promotion, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated from a bonus is five times (5x) the value of the original bonus credited. For example, if you receive a ৳2,000 welcome bonus, the maximum withdrawable amount derived from wagering that bonus is ৳10,000, regardless of the total winnings accumulated. Any winnings in excess of this cap will be removed from your balance at the point of withdrawal.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on okabaji — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and other international tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and each market type. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

In the event that a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the market's settlement conditions are met, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. The specific rules for each market — including the minimum percentage of a match that must be completed before bets are settled — are available on the relevant betting market page.

okabaji reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an incorrectly displayed price due to a data feed error, human error, or technical fault, provided the incorrect price offered a clear and material advantage not consistent with the true market price at the time of betting.

6.2 Casino and Slots

All casino games and slot titles on the okabaji platform are subject to the rules and paytables published within each individual game by the respective game provider. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before wagering real money. okabaji accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's unfamiliarity with the rules of a game they have chosen to play.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are determined by the game providers and reflect long-run statistical averages over millions of game rounds. Short-term results will vary significantly from the published RTP. RTP information is provided for transparency and does not constitute a guarantee of individual player outcomes.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communications failure during a game round or bet settlement, okabaji will conduct an investigation using available server logs and game provider records. Where a malfunction has affected the outcome of a game round, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to the player. okabaji's decision on malfunctions is final. The principle that "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the platform.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the okabaji platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Registering more than one account on the okabaji platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, fulfil wagering requirements, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected bug must be reported to support and will be forfeited pending investigation.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on okabaji.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okabaji staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Allowing a minor (person under 18) to access your account or use your payment method to fund gaming activity.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your okabaji account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, ensure that you have withdrawn any real-money balance held in your account to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not satisfied their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. okabaji will process voluntary account closure requests within three business days.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by okabaji

okabaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Detection of bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors.
• Discovery that the player does not meet the age or eligibility requirements.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request, whether from the player directly or from a recognised third-party exclusion scheme.
• Any other circumstance in which okabaji determines, in good faith, that continued account operation poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the games.

In cases of account closure due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, okabaji reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Real-money deposits (excluding bonus-derived funds) will be returned to the player where fraud has not been established.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. okabaji will notify the registered email address associated with a dormant account before any administrative fee or balance adjustment is applied. Players who wish to reactivate a dormant account should contact support at [email protected].

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okabaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if okabaji has been advised of the possibility of such damages. okabaji's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period preceding the claim.

okabaji makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions, during which bets cannot be placed and withdrawals cannot be processed. okabaji will endeavour to minimise the duration of any such interruptions and will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the internal policies of okabaji. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. okabaji will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and transparently, with a response provided within ten business days of receiving a written complaint.
